How do timed auctions work?+

Each lot has a fixed end time. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes, the auction is automatically extended to prevent last-second sniping. The highest bid at close wins, subject to reserve.

What is a reserve price?+

The minimum price at which a vendor is willing to sell. Reserve prices are not disclosed, but the platform indicates when reserve has been met.

How do I become a vendor?+

Vendors apply for approval via our contact form. All consignors are vetted for professional standing before being able to list horses.

Are horses vetted before sale?+

Vendors provide veterinary information where available. Buyers are strongly encouraged to arrange their own independent vetting before finalising a purchase.

How do payments work?+

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, supporting card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Deposits may be required before bidding on high-value lots.
