1. Overview
Pinhooker Bloodstock ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace connecting approved vendors with buyers interested in bloodstock, sport horses and related equine assets. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Bidding Conditions.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for all activity conducted under your credentials.
3. Marketplace role
Pinhooker Bloodstock is a platform provider. Contracts of sale are formed directly between vendors and buyers. We facilitate discovery, deposit handling and bidding infrastructure but are not a party to the underlying sale contract unless expressly stated.
4. Listings & content
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, media and representations. All listings are subject to admin review before going live. We may remove or suspend listings that breach these Terms or applicable law.
5. Fees & payments
Buyer's premium, vendor commission, deposits and payout schedules are set out in the relevant vendor or buyer agreement. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: manipulate bids, misrepresent horses, interfere with the platform, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass approval or moderation workflows.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinhooker Bloodstock excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss and for the acts of vendors and buyers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
