To operate the marketplace, verify identity, process deposits and payments via Stripe, moderate listings, send transactional notifications (bids, outbids, auction outcomes, vendor status), and improve the service.

Contract performance for account and marketplace activity; legitimate interests for security, moderation and analytics; consent for optional marketing; legal obligation for tax and AML records.

With Stripe for payments, with our infrastructure providers under contract, and with vendors/buyers where required to complete a transaction. We do not sell personal data.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting and dispute obligations.
